What You're Agreeing To When You Submit

Your story may be shared publicly to help other families understand why being prepared matters. By submitting your story, photos, or videos, you agree to the following:

  • You give Nuvitals permission to publish your submission — including your story, first name, and any photos or videos you include — on our website, ads, emails, and social media.
  • We may edit for length and clarity. We'll never change the meaning of what happened, but we may shorten or lightly clean up your wording.
  • Your submission is voluntary and unpaid. The free replacement unit is provided whether or not we publish your story, and no other compensation is offered for its use.
  • Only submit what's yours to share. You confirm your story is true and that you have permission from anyone who appears in your photos or videos — including a parent or guardian's consent for any minors.
  • You can change your mind. Email us anytime to request that your story be removed from our website and future materials, and we'll take it down.
  • We may contact you about your submission or your replacement unit using the details you provide.
